All online sales are final, except for full-price clothing and shoes. All discounted items are final sale — no exceptions, including clothing and shoes. For damaged or wrong items. Inspect your order when it arrives. If something is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, contact us right away, and we'll make it right. Please don't ship anything back without reaching out first — items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know if it's approved. If so, your refund is issued to your original payment method — allow a few business days for your bank or credit card company to process it.
